Inspired by the Nine Eagles Solo Pro, WL-Toys introduced their first V911 in late 2011. It was their first RC helicopter release and it was an instantaneous success. Overall, the unique V911 was a very good package deal. However, misses embody the fragile wire-thin skids, versatile frame, glued parts, noisy cover, flybar strikes, bucking horse flights, incapability to penetrate wind, hypersensitive yaw, and the nose diving flight traits. 
At first glance, WL-Toys positively addressed the frame and skids. The body is now much stronger, and so are the touchdown skids. The skids are hooked up to the frame by 2 screws, so they won’t easily get separated. The canopy is far lighter and extra versatile than earlier than.
