Inspired by the Nine Eagles Solo Pro, WL-Toys introduced their first V911 in late 2011. It was their first RC helicopter launch and it was an instant success. Overall, the unique V911 was a really good bundle. However, misses embody the delicate wire-thin skids, flexible body, glued components, noisy cover, flybar strikes, bucking horse flights, incapacity to penetrate wind, hypersensitive yaw, and the nose diving flight characteristics. 
At first look, WL-Toys undoubtedly addressed the frame and skids. The frame is now much stronger, and so are the touchdown skids. The skids are attached to the body by 2 screws, so they won’t easily get separated. The cover is far lighter and more versatile than before.
