Inspired by the Nine Eagles Solo Pro, WL-Toys introduced their first V911 in late 2011. It was their first RC helicopter release and it was an on the spot success. Overall, the unique V911 was a very nice package. However, misses embrace the delicate wire-thin skids, flexible body, glued parts, noisy canopy, flybar strikes, bucking horse flights, inability to penetrate wind, hypersensitive yaw, and the nostril diving flight traits. 
At first look, WL-Toys undoubtedly addressed the body and skids. The body is now a lot stronger, and so are the landing skids. The skids are hooked up to the body by 2 screws, so that they won’t simply get separated. The cover is way lighter and extra flexible than before.
