Overall, the unique V911 was a very nice package deal. However, misses include the delicate wire-thin skids, flexible frame, glued elements, noisy canopy, flybar strikes, bucking horse flights, lack of ability to penetrate wind, hypersensitive yaw, and the nose diving flight characteristics. 
At first look, WL-Toys positively addressed the body and skids. The frame is now much stronger, and so are the landing skids. The skids are connected to the frame by 2 screws, so that they gained’t simply get separated. The cover is much lighter and extra versatile than earlier than.
