Inspired by the Nine Eagles Solo Pro, WL-Toys launched their first V911 in late 2011. It was their first RC helicopter launch and it was an instantaneous success. Overall, the original V911 was a very nice package. However, misses embrace the fragile wire-thin skids, flexible body, glued components, noisy canopy, flybar strikes, bucking horse flights, inability to penetrate wind, hypersensitive yaw, and the nostril diving flight characteristics.
