Inspired by the Nine Eagles Solo Pro, WL-Toys launched their first V911 in late 2011. It was their first RC helicopter launch and it was an on the spot success. Before long, the V911 is a household name. Since its preliminary release, the V911 notorious “CORTER” typo and the separating swash plate were fixed. Overall, the original V911 was a really good package. However, misses embrace the delicate wire-thin skids, flexible body, glued components, noisy canopy, flybar strikes, bucking horse flights, lack of ability to penetrate wind, hypersensitive yaw, and the nostril diving flight characteristics.
