Inspired by the Nine Eagles Solo Pro, WL-Toys introduced their first V911 in late 2011. It was their first RC helicopter launch and it was an instantaneous success. Overall, the original V911 was a really good bundle. However, misses embody the fragile wire-thin skids, flexible body, glued parts, noisy canopy, flybar strikes, bucking horse flights, incapacity to penetrate wind, hypersensitive yaw, and the nose diving flight traits. 
At first look, WL-Toys definitely addressed the body and skids. The frame is now much stronger, and so are the landing skids. The skids are attached to the body by 2 screws, so they gained’t simply get separated. The canopy is much lighter and more versatile than before.
