Inspired by the Nine Eagles Solo Pro, WL-Toys launched their first V911 in late 2011. It was their first RC helicopter launch and it was an instant success. Before long, the V911 is a household title. Since its preliminary release, the V911 infamous “CORTER” typo and the separating swash plate were fastened. The Rx has gone by many revisions for minor tweaks, and the battery connectors have been changed. Otherwise, the basic V911 design was untouched since its introduction. WL-Toys then shifted their focus to Quadcopters. Despite its huge success, the unique V911 is not with out flaws. This V911-Pro is a protracted overdue update and an attempt to repair points. So, will this updated V911-Pro fix the issues of the V911 and take over its reign?

Overall, the unique V911 was a very nice package deal. However, misses embody the fragile wire-thin skids, flexible frame, glued elements, noisy cover, flybar strikes, bucking horse flights, inability to penetrate wind, hypersensitive yaw, and the nose diving flight traits. 
At first look, WL-Toys definitely addressed the body and skids. The body is now a lot stronger, and so are the touchdown skids. The skids are hooked up to the body by 2 screws, so they gained’t easily get separated. The cover is way lighter and extra flexible than before.
