Inspired by the Nine Eagles Solo Pro, WL-Toys launched their first V911 in late 2011. It was their first RC helicopter release and it was an instant success. Before long, the V911 is a family name. Since its initial release, the V911 infamous “CORTER” typo and the separating swash plate were fastened. Overall, the unique V911 was a very good package. However, misses embody the delicate wire-thin skids, versatile body, glued parts, noisy cover, flybar strikes, bucking horse flights, incapability to penetrate wind, hypersensitive yaw, and the nose diving flight characteristics. 
At first glance, WL-Toys undoubtedly addressed the body and skids. The body is now much stronger, and so are the touchdown skids. The skids are attached to the body by 2 screws, so that they won’t simply get separated. The cover is much lighter and more flexible than before.
