Inspired by the Nine Eagles Solo Pro, WL-Toys launched their first V911 in late 2011. It was their first RC helicopter release and it was an immediate success. Overall, the original V911 was a really good package. However, misses embody the fragile wire-thin skids, flexible frame, glued components, noisy canopy, flybar strikes, bucking horse flights, incapability to penetrate wind, hypersensitive yaw, and the nostril diving flight traits. 
At first glance, WL-Toys undoubtedly addressed the frame and skids. The body is now much stronger, and so are the touchdown skids. The skids are connected to the body by 2 screws, so they gained’t simply get separated. The cover is way lighter and more flexible than before.
