Overall, the original V911 was a very good bundle. However, misses embody the delicate wire-thin skids, versatile frame, glued components, noisy canopy, flybar strikes, bucking horse flights, lack of ability to penetrate wind, hypersensitive yaw, and the nose diving flight characteristics. 
At first glance, WL-Toys positively addressed the frame and skids. The frame is now much stronger, and so are the touchdown skids. The skids are hooked up to the frame by 2 screws, so they received’t easily get separated. The canopy is far lighter and more flexible than before.
