Inspired by the Nine Eagles Solo Pro, WL-Toys launched their first V911 in late 2011. It was their first RC helicopter release and it was an instantaneous success. Before long, the V911 is a household name. Since its initial launch, the V911 notorious “CORTER” typo and the separating swash plate had been fixed. Overall, the original V911 was a very good bundle. However, misses include the fragile wire-thin skids, flexible body, glued parts, noisy cover, flybar strikes, bucking horse flights, lack of ability to penetrate wind, hypersensitive yaw, and the nose diving flight traits. 
At first look, WL-Toys positively addressed the frame and skids. The body is now much stronger, and so are the touchdown skids. The skids are attached to the body by 2 screws, in order that they gained’t simply get separated. The canopy is far lighter and more flexible than earlier than.
