Inspired by the Nine Eagles Solo Pro, WL-Toys introduced their first V911 in late 2011. It was their first RC helicopter launch and it was an instantaneous success. Overall, the original V911 was a very good bundle. However, misses embrace the fragile wire-thin skids, versatile frame, glued elements, noisy cover, flybar strikes, bucking horse flights, inability to penetrate wind, hypersensitive yaw, and the nostril diving flight characteristics. 
At first look, WL-Toys positively addressed the body and skids. The body is now much stronger, and so are the touchdown skids. The skids are hooked up to the frame by 2 screws, so they gained’t simply get separated. The cover is much lighter and more flexible than earlier than.
