Inspired by the Nine Eagles Solo Pro, WL-Toys introduced their first V911 in late 2011. It was their first RC helicopter launch and it was an immediate success. Before lengthy, the V911 is a family name. Since its initial launch, the V911 notorious “CORTER” typo and the separating swash plate had been fixed. The Rx has gone by many revisions for minor tweaks, and the battery connectors have been modified. Otherwise, the essential V911 design was untouched since its introduction. WL-Toys then shifted their focus to Quadcopters. Despite its huge success, the unique V911 just isn't without flaws. This V911-Pro is a protracted overdue update and an try to repair issues. So, will this updated V911-Pro repair the failings of the V911 and take over its reign?

Overall, the unique V911 was a really nice package deal. However, misses embody the fragile wire-thin skids, flexible frame, glued elements, noisy cover, flybar strikes, bucking horse flights, inability to penetrate wind, hypersensitive yaw, and the nose diving flight traits. 
At first glance, WL-Toys definitely addressed the frame and skids. The frame is now a lot stronger, and so are the landing skids. The skids are attached to the body by 2 screws, so they received’t simply get separated. The cover is much lighter and more flexible than before.
